What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage is a therapeutic approach that uses acupressure, gentle stretching, and rhythmic compression to increase flexibility, circulation, and energy flow. Unlike other forms of massage, Thai massage is executed on the floor on a floor mat, where the customer remains fully dressed, rather than lying on a massage table. It has often been described as a passive yoga session where, through your therapist, your body will be guided through various stretches to release tension and increase mobility.
